I was asked to participate in a group show and was asked to ‘cover’ one of the works in the Museum of Modern Art. (‘Cover’ meaning how musicians ‘cover’ songs that inspire them)
I chose Cindy Sherman and inserted my own perspective in to her cinematic work.
This is so great! Love the idea of “covering” a work of art with your own interpretation.
